Fun new spot in Knox. It’s a Texas style bar/ restaurant with an Italian inspired cuisine. This incorporate a sous-vide vanilla orange cinnamon vodka which really shakes it up. Nice chilled glass, three beans, and good foam. Just a solid martini. If you don’t like a little zest or vanilla in your espresso martini I probably wouldn’t go for this one but I don’t mind it!

Loved this!!! Such a unique flavor blend with the cinnamon and the vanilla. Loved the texture of the glass. The right amount of foaminess with a strong enough but not overwhelming taste of coffee. 100000% would order again. Beans included!!!!
