By accessing or using EspressoMyTini ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction (21 years or older in the United States) to use EspressoMyTini. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any information that changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (ratings, reviews, photos, comments). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Is obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit
• Promotes illegal activities
• Contains spam or unauthorized advertising

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without notice.

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by EspressoMyTini and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including MapBox, Google Places, and Supabase. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT ENDORSE ANY VENUES, DRINKS, OR USER CONTENT. RATINGS AND REVIEWS ARE USER-GENERATED AND MAY NOT REFLECT ACTUAL QUALITY.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ESPRESSOMYTINI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, IF ANY.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EspressoMyTini and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through in-app notifications. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
