This place is a concept in the design district where they curate a 20 course tasting menu & present it in a dining room, with one large table that has a projector pointed at it & the design of the table changes as you eat. Will be back for this experience. They have a $10 drink happy hour where you check boxes on a paper for your preferences, and the bartender curates you a drink they think you will like. Amazing idea. As for the martini itself, it is a cold brew concentrate espresso martini, with strawberry liquor, and a handmade white chocolate foam with white cacao. This one is definitely a dessert, but it’s one of the best martini’s I’ve ever had. I had to leave off half a bean because I do think there’s a little too much strawberry liquor, but overall it came together amazing, especially for $10. Side note, also had a phenomenal ginger & herbal ranch water.
